Ahh, I now what the problem was. On the new server, the return email address was listed in the header as
me@localhost.com. I changed that to
wayne@pelicanparts.com.
Some (not all) ISPs will deny email if the originator doesn't have a return address from the same domain. This is supposedly supposed to reduce junk email, but in fact, it doesn't seem to work.
Can anyone at hotmail check this for me?
