Can't offer any experience with Webers, because I'm running PMO's. However I'm sure some of this would be relevant.
1) I would make sure the valves are adjusted properly
2) Check your timing and condition of the dist, wires, CDI, and all connections
3) Using a Syncmeter check the air flow of each carb at idle, 1500, and 3000
4) By this point, if you have not identified a problem, then I would suggest your problem is internal to the carbs
