The funny camber is due to the fisheye effect of the camera. Notice that the rear wheel has a similar appearance to the front wheel and the body of the car is a little fatter in the middle than the ends. This is caused by a camera that have a small lens. Most SLRs are in the 50mm neighborhood and the smaller pocket cameras are in the 30mm and small group. Inexpensive digitals will do this too. It also depends on how close the photographer is to the subject. Portait photographers use telephoto lens, 200mm ish, to keep the subjects nose from having the Pinnoccio effect.
