Gemini blue is one of my favorite colors on an early 911.
Gotta say, my '73 coupe is quite the kick to drive with the 3.2. If the engine is toast, this is a great candidate for an upgrade. If the current engine can easily be brought back to life, I'd enjoy it the way it is.
With the value of long hoods trending up (I know we're in a dip right now), probably best to leave the body stock. I added Carrera flares, and have absolutely no regrets, as the car still looks stock to non-911 experts, and allows for some seriously wide rear tires to cope with the 3.2 power in a 2200 pound car.
Outside of chopping this car up with crazy mods, it will be hard to go wrong whatever you decide to do.
