Turbo conversion, what is needed?

I have a 3.0 Euro Carrera. Engine code 930-02. CIS-injection. The compression ratio is 8.5:1.

I am thinking about turbocharging. What is needed? One option is going with digital WUR, adjusting the timing, and slapping on a turbo. But not sure how reliable it will be? I am not looking for a max-hp engine. In stock form it has 200hp, and I would be more than satisfied with anything over 250hp.

Another option is to install the Bitz EFI kit, and EDIS igntion. That would be much more expensive, but give me full controll on the timing etc. Is it needed, or only needed if I am building a 300hp engine?

All input is appreciated. Where can I get hold of oil supply- and return lines/tubes? Which turbo would be suited if I want low boost threshold and good power in the low and midrange, rather than all out top end power?
