How do I determine if it is time to replace the shocks on my 69. I have Bogie's on the front and Koni's on the rear.

I push down on all corners of the car and cannot get any corner it to bounce other than return to neutral position. When I drive the car there is no bouncing either.

I recall from past cars that bad shocks will let the fender bounce up & down 2 - 3 times or more.

Am I missing something?? The PO gave me a new set of all 4 shocks, said he had no time to install them. What did he know that I don't?
