C2Turbos do not respond well to low battery's from what I remember.
I think my alarm would go nuts when I would hook up a new battery. It took somthing like locking and unlocking the passanger door to reset it but I am not sure it that is correct.
The worst thing that ever happened was burning out the 69EZ ignition module. Brutally expensive but I found a used one and was back in business.
