CaliforniaClassix II: The Power of Cheese

Okay, kids, their back and this time they've got a burnt-orange '68 with the 2.7 from a '74 loaded in. IIRC, they were asking $10,500 for this puppy on their web site for the past month. I'm betting they get $15k for it on eBay. Here's the link:

1968 911

Highlights: the SWB cars are now "highly sought after?" I've been looking for one, but I'm weird. I assure you, look askance at any seller who tells you with a straight face that "another guy was just here and he's very interested." He's referring to a '73 someone else has...

"Rust free" except for the hole in the fender.

I like the idea of a 2.7 with Webers, but there's no mention of it being rebuilt.

Other opinions or thoughts?
