to test the fuel pressure the connection is on the front of the passenger side fuel rail,
when you loosen the cap nut make sure to have a towel under the cap.
There should be gas coming out and there is also a ball thats is used to seal the rail dont let it fall out of the cap it will roll away unless the towel catches it
