It depends on what your goals are.

I always dated looking for serious relationships, so this would give me pause.

And I said "pause", not "hit the road".

I'd want to learn more if the relationship were to progress to a serious stage, but wouldn't care if I were in it for fun. Assuming the former, I'd say is not the time to delve into this just yet. I say this is a conversation for the threshold of "serious".
