This should work too :

1) Park your front wheel in an indentation in the road
2) Fill the indentation with water to create a large diameter puddle, but to a level lower than the rim of your wheel and make sure water doesn't reach the kickstand/centerstand
3) Run a wire from the positive terminal of your battery into the puddle being careful not to touch the bike at the same time
4) Install digital camera aimed toward front wheel and triggered by battery voltage drop
5) Post photos for us to enjoy

lol, good one. i sprinkled tons of finely ground black pepper all around the bike. hopefully that will do it. thanks for all the creative suggestions.
