Thanks Sean, come over any time I even have a beer fridge in the garage. I would love to do it myself but I think the economics are bad, I think I would need to buy almost $1000 worth of Porsche specialty tools tools + machine work + parts. IF I screw something up or miss something I might have to buy alot of the stuff twice, or worse. I just bought my dream a few weeks ago and planned on accumulating the tools over time. I would be comfortable R&Ring the motor, suspension, AC, etc. but the internal motor stuff is a little scary. I have changed cams, clutches etc. etc. in British and Japanese cars but the risks are far less on those cars if you make a mistake.

Another thought I had was buying a set of remaned heads (currently available on Rennlist classifieds) and swapping them but I would still prefer some one who has done it before to actually do the work.

I might feel different is I had Waynes new book, is their a waiting list??
