I highly recommend you clean your injectors. They come out easily and you can blow them out with spray cleaner and/or soak them until they clean up.
The spark plug connectors are resistors. If not used they corrode. Check them all with an ohm meter.
This could easily be the majority of the problem. Put a LOT of fuel injector cleaner in the fuel and for the next couple tanks full. It will run better with each tank.
