Man do you guys know your cars or what!!!
I think I remember hearing that the car was bought in Germany (service guy I think) and then brought over to the U.S.
The girl driving it has NO clue what it is(6 cyl, 4cyl who cares). She just knows it is a Porsche and looks good from far away. It needs a good restore.
She took fourth place in our annual antique car parade. Out of 4 cars. A restored '62 356B took first and I took 2nd with my '73 914 2.0. My uncle's 63 356B took 3rd. Maybe next year all the '77 and older P car owners on the board should show up and have a good time. There were over 360 total cars in the parade. About 55 classes(Chevys, Fords, Hudsons, ect)
I'll try to get the vin from the car and engine to see if it is a match. Don't hold your breath though.
