Bruce, little Al has been on a downward slide for some time.
Not sure of all the details but family problems with maybe a handicapped child and hiding in a bottle. Possibly the reason he no longer drivers for Roger P.
I liked the guy as well. Still remember when he won the Indy 500 with the milk mustache and tears running down his face.
