Wild Man, You are one lucky guy not to have blown those drain tubes out. Does the floor get wet if the car is setting still when it rains? Does it get wet only after driving in the rain? If the latter there might be a body panel seam leaking. You would have to pull the carpet and sound proof up and check each seam. Have someone blow air from under the car while you check inside. That black window sealer works good plugging leaks.
