The 964 wide body C4 was only made in 1994 for the US. There was no wide body 993 in 1995 so in a 993 you're looking at 96,97 or 98 for a C4S.
Given your price rage <35K you're probably only going to have a shot at the 1994 C4 Wide Body and even thats a little bit of a stretch.
