I'd be concerned about the AC belt. Are the pulleys all aligned when you eyeball it? The crank pulley is seated and has the right parts on it and behind it? They don't throw belts for no reason, you know that.

Thanks so much for your input. I will do as you say.
The AC was never run by me and maybe the system kicked it in and turned on the AC. Nothing was changed with respect to belts or pulleys. I tensioned them as per the manual, .4 inch play. I know I did not over tighten them. I figure the compressor might be frozen, but will investigate later. The pulleys went back on as came off, absolutely no change, I made sure of that.
