I'm one of those people who are opposite of a lot around here- I think that the 911's didn't come into prime until the 3 liter and then the 3.2's.
mid to late 80's were and still are what most people think of when they think of a 911. It's what was in the posters on my wall as a kid, and that's what counts, right? 930's and slantnoses.
Sure, the build quality might not have been up to par with the early cars, but they defined a decade. Pastel suit jackets and cocaine.
