Have had one for many years. Wife bought it. I was very skeptical at first, b/c I thought it would be like sleeping on a camping air mattress, or a waterbed type feel.
But I love it now. I know it technically is an air mattress, but it doesn't feel like one at all. Feels like a regular mattress to me.
It's nice being able to put the firmness exactly where you want. Also, unlike a normal spring mattress, it never changes consistency, it stays exactly the same year after year.
Haven't had any problems with it. Maybe once every six months we check the air pressure, sometimes it needs a small adjustment, but that's just a press of the button.
