Are you looking for a house or a apartment? Do you want to be able to walk to the beach or is a few minute drive alright?
Do you want night life or a quite neighborhood?
Manhattan/Redondo/Hermosa are great but lots of money and parking on the weekends is near impossible for guests. Don't even consider a place West of Sep. that doesn't have your own parking spot.
