Remove the passenger side A-pillar trim piece and see if you can push the drain tube back into the hole under the dash that gets the water outside of the car! You might be able to see this drain if you pop the hood and look under the trim above the battery!

if not you might try cleaning the inside of the hose with very small, very tensile wire that is flexible enough to make it thought the bends!
