Uhoh, I was gonna paint my bumpers body color; maybe I'd better do some Photochopping on the computer first.

Another idea is a nice bright "trim" color for the bumpers and rockers, like maybe a speed-yellow.

Of course mine is turning into a race car so it can look a bit more...extreme...than your typical street driver.

The guy I bought it from has a super sweet V8 car that is a midnight blue, with a big yellow race stripe down the middle, and huge yellow powded coated Fuchs. I don't recall what he did on the bumpers though.

Oh yeah -- you are right about the "brackets" on the front bumper. I had to cut out a half-moon section to clearance it properly. I am not running fog lights so I made simple block-off plates from aluminum sheet to cover up the holes. (Should be more aerodynamic than grilles.)
