Some of my modeling work....

Here are some pics of two Pocher Alfa models that I built about 30 years ago!
8C2300 racing car. Note wrapped steering wheel and exhaust....



The small model Alfa monoposto is a pewter kit from England.

Rims and hubs were assemble and painted and then disassembled to have the spokes installed.

8c2300 Spider (road version of the first car). This kit had dark blue fenders with a cream body, but I thought it would look better in red and black so I painted the body parts..... note the rusted exhaust pipe!



The hardest part was getting the hood sections to fit properly. It is hinged so that it will fold up like the original. The emblem on the grill is about as large as a pencil eraser. I painted it with 7 different colors to match the Alfa emblem on the real cars.
