I wonder if the PO did the restoration, or just started it before he passed away? The car gives the impression of being started by someone that knew what he wanted (an RS track car), and finished by someone that knows nothing about Porsches. Some elements show an attention to detail, and others...not so much. I suspect that a PPI would tell a lot more than the seller says. It can't be a coincidence that the car is a low-mileage 1970 911T - it's the perfect basis for a Carrera RS lightweight project.
As for the color, Gulf Blue seems too loud, although I like Gulf Orange.
