Your county's Clerk of Courts can get you an Ohio Temp tag. The purpose of the temp tag is to allow time to do the title work. I'm thinking you will need to show a bill of sale.

You will also need an Ohio out-of-state inspection form completed to get the MA title to an OH title. Usually a dealer will do this for you, it is just a serial number verification and odometer reading.
