You can't live life in fear of everything that has potential to hurt or kill you. Since I am lucky enough to own a 911, it would be a crime to deny my 3 little ones the experience my car has to offer. Yes, my wife's Land Rover would probably fare better in a collision, but obviously I'm a much smaller and faster target, so it could be argued that her truck would be more likely to be IN a collision in the 1st place! I try to do the best by my kids, but I will not allow them to grow up in a protective bubble. Life is too short. Ironically, the sales brochure for my wife's L.R. Disco states something like, " 20 years from now, you will regret what you DIDN"T do." No I won't!
