Not wishing ill on the others that have this issue too. . . .but I'm sure glad to know that it's not just me. Like I said, it's been a little unnerving up until now.
I might just give Tony G. a call next week and see if he knows the reason for this.

Believe it or not, I had a prof. at S. Tech that swore you could get just as good of a reproduction on sound with linear op-amps. . . . until I wasted him with a pair of silver sevens by ear and lab results . .(I know. . .Bob sucks). . . Then I proceeded to use an old SAE to show that even older solid state amps would waste him.
Strange, even though I aced all tests in his class, he wouldn't give me above a B on any of my lab work. . . wonder why??
