Just got back from a hour test ride and my ears are ringing.I have a 82 SC,just took off my old Ansa and installed a M&K Sport....the thing is ruthless,I almost feel bad for people on the streets.Sitting at a light is almost embarrassing.
I also did some other mods,been in the shop a week now.Stripped the interior completely,no carpet,no sound pad/back deck,no radio,pulled everything out the front end,no rockers,no nothing!Roll cage was removed because it was poorly done.
Added a MA shaw duck tail,new fiberglass rear bumper,the car feels like a new ride as far as speed goes.But its SOOOO loud.
Anybody else????Can I plug one side to make it quieter or do I need to put the sound deadening stuff back in the car?Maybe dynomat?
