I have a friend who works IT for a local county. He came from the private sector where productivity is expected or you are out the door. He tells me he works about 2 hours a day and the rest is spent trying to look busy and everybody else is the same way.He is after the retirement plan,and is willing to sacrifice his happiness to get it. Bizarre.
