I use the iris machine in Toronto airport to bypass them. But in February, I took my wife so we went to the Canadian side of the US airport goons. The agent (a women - avoid the female agents if possible btw) threatened to pull my Nexus pass because food was not ticked off on the form. My wife brought peanuts & jujubes for the plane trip . . .
They are typically sub-human Neanderthals imho.
