I like how the land of the 'free' (to pass more and more laws) is trying to stop this. I don't care how many laws they pass, the gov't can't stop people from recording stuff and posting it on the internet. It's not going to happen, the genie is out of the bottle!
I wouldn't be surprised if the Maryland Supreme Court doesn't overturn this law but if the U.S. Supreme Court considers hearing this case and they rule against the private citizen the founding fathers would roll over in their graves.
