You prolly don't have the jump start mod on the starter, so you'll need to pull the tupperware and check the battery connections. Make sure that the battery cables are the first connection to the battery and not things like the Powerlet pigtail. Hopefully, you have a tool kit along with the one on the bike to gain access to the battery.
