If you are patient, you will find a silver decklid, If yours is factory paint and the lid you buy is factory, chances that they will match are good. You could also put a 963 lid on there and have a spoiler that goes up and down, as 911's do from '90 on.

The way to do the Fuchs is move the rears to the front and install 8's (or 9's, if you have that kind of money) in the back. Get tires that match, of course. Suspension should not be affected that much, but it will steer a bit harder and the tail will be just a tad softer. As I said, no big deal until you really get to know the car and start driving it competitively or just aggressively.

And then, the biggest investment for handling and good laps times is to invest in you, the driver. As in seat time and with an instructor.

Please don't make a rookie error in the canyons. We've seen all too many cars messed up when people got going a little too fast. If you can find a big parking lot and go 40 MPH turning so the car is barely hanging on and lift off the gas, you'll find out in a hurry what 911's are all about. Make sure you're prepared for a spin out and push both pedals in. If you turn a 911 around backwards and the motor spins backwards, it can have drastic effects. Both pedals in.

My post is about learning the car and driving it safely. You're asking about performance, so this mini lecture is timely.
