According to the engine codes, 629XXXX can be either a
69 E engine, or a
79 USA SC engine. Is there something I am missing here? Is the information inaccurate on the web page? It just doesn't seem likely that Porsche would have codes that would be duplicate for different years (again, only the engine # not engine type.) Does anyone know how to distinguish between the 69 and 79 engines?
