Are you sure it's a good idea to build a wall between you and your neighbor?

Ok... Yes I understand his rantings can be annoying but have you welcomed him and his family to the neighborhood?
What about putting on a traditional American dinner and inviting him and his family over?

Who knows you may find he's a decent person and actually make a new friend.

As far as calling your wife a liar... It's certainly wrong but maybe there was a misunderstanding.

The point is he's there now. Might as well try and make the best of things.
