blower
check voltage with a volt ohm meter from each side of the fuse to ground should be 12v on both sides. this power is feed through the relay, on my 1975 the fan runs when the key is on, later models may use a thermostat i will check if they show on the pelican wiring schematics. if so i would suspect the thermostat.
my 1975 heater blower (singular) was not working and the connector was melted that is about 6 inches away from the motor, i had to install a new connector to work. the connector that was installed did not look original as the fan had been replaced before.
check to see if you are getting power to the fans: disconnect the connector that goes to the motor and check for 12v at either of the 2 wires to ground. i do not know what color is + so try either one (the key has to be on) but the motor does not (on mine) have to be running.
it would be unlikely for both motors to fail at once so i suspect a common power feed. i will check the pelican wiring diagrams and give you some ideas.
