Oh I have thought about Texas- I think it could be real cool, but the idea of me moving to FL is so I could stay within a day's drive of home and the fact that I think that it would be a serious property investment oppertunity for someone looking to stay more than 5 years+. I do see a conflict of interest with you wanting me to move closer
. Ive lived in FL and I liked it in the past so its a safe bet.
Now if Miami could get an F1 track....
