I think this Over Qualified thing is total BS and I tell you why, 2 years ago I had the task to find and hire 20 technicians, I interviewed 82 of them and found my 20, from those 82 had I have one with this super duper over qualifications, MINIMUM, I would have ask him if he was was willing to work for less according to our budget, but I didn't have that scenario, my point is that they should at least make an offer, if I can find someone over qualified that will work within my budget why not hire them on the spot!?
