well I am not trying to become a millionare overnight- I am just want to work for a liveable wage ($40k too much to ask??!!) and have growth potential. I am used to getting screwed on wage since I am young- so WTFFFFF?

Let all these losers hire the guy with 200 years of experience for dirt and see what a happy and hard working employee they are... they wont get what they are looking for. Bottom line, quality costs money period. If you want to cut costs, thats where you find someone younger and more willing to deal with the B.S that you dish them on 1st and 15th of every month.
I swear to ****** I will simply open a garage with a loft on top and just crank out cars for the rest of my life. Sick of these dreaming ********* employers...
