I agree - and right now - unfortunately it's the employers who are calling the shots. Five years ago they were kissing employees a$$es asking what else they could do to KEEP good employees. Now it's either throw away - or my task is finding unicorns. (bookkeeper, office manager that can answer phones and will be happy with $22K)
