#1. I'm wondering how the fuel pump get its power on 912Es that have switched from FI to carburetors and eliminated the dual relay in the engine compartment?
Is the power taken from the ignition switch to provide an off/on circuit? Is there a fuel pump relay added to the rear regulator tray?
#2. I'm connecting up a new tunnel harness in my 912E and need some more help.
I'm wondering if someone can tell me where these three wire are connected. They are part of the main harness that comes through the hole in the front compartment next to the fuse box.
In the 911 wiring diagram the green with yellow one is apparently associated with the backup light, the green with blue one might go to the stop light, and the black with yellow one to the windshield wiper switch/motor.
However, I can't seem to find the green ones in the 912E wiring diagram and I'm not sure about the black with yellow.
The problem is I can't find any male counterparts to connect them to.
Can someone help?
