If you're changing to carbs, you can run a small electric pump off of an ignition circuit (+) wire in the engine compartment - you don't want to use the FI fuel pump due to the higher pressures it produces. I don't think you'll need a relay for one of the smaller pumps but a fuse is a good idea. As for your wiring, if you can't find the correct connectors, temporarily put a small capacity inline fuse in the wire and test it on a few open connections that are in physical reach of the wire(s.) How about the green one to that white plastic male connector in the center of the photo?
