the stock seat has worked fine on my BCR for 50k miles, "but every butt" is different. you might try some tank pads so you have something to grip with your knees. keeps ya from sliding around.
the stock bmw "egg bag" seems to work fairly well.
generic covers are available for bikes with saddlebags, though it's easier just to pop them off.
not much chance of it getting stolen, so an alarm probably isn't necessary.
gps is nice to have, but printed maps don't need batteries. there are great Ram mount setups that you can purchase.
assuming tires and other important bits are good, i'd then put some money into at least one track day...then save up for better suspension. after that...upgrade the braking system.
of course...you DO already have all the correct riding gear, right? i'd put that on the list before i even invested in a tank of fuel.
