Yes, but they didn't make them that early (they were all 3.3 based), and that spec isn't even close to a factory 930S - which was basically a stock 3.3 with a better turbo, better intercooler and SC cams for 330HP. Later, there was a variant with bigger inlet ports as well and slightly more power.
Most 930S cars were flachbau (slant nose), and many (all the early) flachbau were Sonderwunschen (Special Wishes) cars built to customer order. Before this became an option (M505, M506), I believe all slants were Special Wishes built at Werke 1, not on the line. I think all 930S's were built as Sonderwunschen, at least some to customer spec.
Much information on this thread
Slantnose, Slant nose,Slope, M505 factory 930S documents, registry, ultimate, flachbau - which states that the slant 930S prototype was built in 1980, and first recorded customer delivery was 1981.
Stock 3.0 930's are collectible, A factory 930S is collectible - this is neither.
If you want a very fast 930 hotrod, there's been some outstanding ones for sale recently, with the asking price a fraction of the build cost (and substantially less than this car). They would leave a factory 930S for dead. That's progress.
