Step #1- Have someone drive you to the supermarket and get a bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide.
Also purchase a tube of topical oral "lido/nova/whatever...cain" tube of gel.
Step#2- Swish mouth with 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water for 30 seconds+. DO NOT SWALLOW!
Step #3- Repeat several times, and apply gel. Avoid excess alcohol or anything that will give you kidney failure when combined with other drugs the next day.
Step #4- Call Dentist.
