Your best bet is to schedule an appointment sooner and get it started. If he can't see you tomorrow, your weekend will be looking dismal unless the antibiotics start working, usually 24-48 hours. I would call and politely asked to be seen. If not, he should refer you to an Endodontist that can see you if he can't. You can even call them yourself if he is no help. I see 2-3 patients a day that have the same problem as you. You tooth is building up pressure and there is no where for it to go but out the ends of the root. This explains the pressure at the root ends the the pain when you chew or tap on it. Best of luck.
