a few things can cause this. Tire balance would be the most likely culprit, as Ken said, flat spot.... A rim that is out of true could cause this. First thing I would do is pull the wheels and have them balanced. While they are off, clean any corrosion off of the mating surfaces between the rims and rotors. Just a little bit of gunk between the 2 can cause vibrations.
