I'm in Toronto this week for a TV Pilot. Going to the hotel from the airport, I figured out I overshot the hotel. Pulled into a parking lot to check my Iphone for directions, got out of the car to get a better signal. Traveled about 1 mile to hotel, walk up to reception and my wallet is GONE!! Not in baggage, not in rental car. I remembered having it when I rented the car. Drove back in a panic to the parking lot where I stopped and yes, it was lying there on the pavement. About 1/2 hour it was sitting there. Busy parking lot, but unlit. I'm not sure what I'd do without my wallet, driver's license and CC's. I'm not sure I could have even gotten my hotel room. The production company may have been able to cover me, but everything else? Wow!!
