i get the grill hot. rocket hot. then i scrub the grate. then i dip a wad of paper towel into a puddle of veggie oil, and using tongs..i wipe down the entire grate surface. this way nothing sticks. you go in dirty, and delicate food like grill fish is destined for failure. i do this, no exceptions.
